Whether you need assistance with case management or you're applying for financial assistance, West Central Community Action manages this program within Pottawattamie County. Offices are located in the OMNI Centre Business Park, 300 W Broadway, Suite #35 in Council Bluffs. They can be reached at 712-322-2621, M-F 8am - 4:30pm.
Case Management includes time-limited services to eligible households to develop and carry out a Disaster Recovery Plan, providing guidance, advice, and referral in obtaining a service, or assisting in obtaining resources from various providers that address a serious need essential to the Household to prevent, mitigate, or overcome a disaster-related hardship, injury, or adverse condition.

The IIAGP is a state program of financial assistance to meet disaster-related expenses, food-related costs, or serious needs of individuals or families who are adversely affected by a state-declared disaster emergency.
